90 radiator in 87 TII?

Is it possible to use a 90 radiator in an 87 fc?

3engineRex: I do believe you're WRONG!. Page 1-d10 of the parts fiche lists 88 Turbo Radiator Part # N326-15-200C, Page 1-J9 lists Radiator W/O Turbo Part # N326-15-200C.

ok here is the REAL story (on the turbo). NA should be the same

The difference between the 86-88 rad and the 89-91 rad it the placment of the rad cap

on Series 5; 89-91. The radiator cap is on the radiator itself.

on the Series 4, the radiator cap is just above the thermostat on the filler neck.

if you wish to is a series 5 radiator in a series 4 car, then you must just have 2 radiator caps. plumb both of the over flows into the overflow container.

if you wish to use a series 4 radiator with a series 5 car then you must get an in like rad cap. Morosso makes one. you just put it in the upper hose half way between the filler neck and the radiator.

Also an NA radiator is smaller than a TurboII radiator may not look it but it is
