so the last owner of the car completely ruined the blue carpet in my 88 vert and was wondering if anyone has ever put the nice low cut blue indoor outdoor carpet in their vert. i think it would look good because of what i have now. just looking for people pros and cons before i do it...thanks

 

just buy a carpet kit off the bay and put it in, mine only cost me around $120 and took about a hour to put it in. You will have to remove the center console and the seats to put it though.

 

My blue-interior 'vert had the carpet replaced sometime before I got it. It fits fairly well, and you only really notice that it's not quite exactly the same color if you look really closely. With a 20-year-old car though unless you're planning on doing shows/competitions with it, I'd probably agree that the eBay carpet kits should work well enough.

 

Carpet out of a coupe fits, you just have to do a little bit of creativity.
