88 vert fuel pump

I asked my Mazda dealer in Winnipeg for the price on a new fuel pump on my 88 vert and he said it was over $800.00cdn
I might need one, checking the pressure as soon as it warms up, any company reconditioning these, or a more reasonable replacement? Or an externally mounted one, easy to install, I see Racing Beat has them for the Holleys, etc

Other than the Waldo pumps, I see AUTOZONE has one for $133 bucks.

I've never bought either.

you can probably get one free from someone who swapped thiers out.

I have one somewhere in my boxes when I swapped my pump out during the swap.

Try USED yet?..FC3S.USD( my Buddy in Ottawa) has a TII Jspec Pump with sender,etc for 50 bucks(I think Shipped!)..Check his For Sale post on the Sec Gen Parts Section.I highly Vouch for his parts.Half of My Car "was His"!
