Hi All,
My drivers side door handle doesn't work. But I can open the door from the inside. And the window won't go up or down - even though I can hear the motor operate.
Should I attempt to fix myself or take to a qualified mechanic??? I removed the door panel & found a wire cable that looks "kinked". Wonder how/where it's suppose to be routed???

OK. So maybe I'm on the wrong board. I've only had it for a month. So obviously I don't know much - so forgive me. Is there a more "technical" board to help repair/restore my Rx-7'?

 

Replies like that won't get you any answers.

As far as fixing it yourself... that will be determined by your mechanical abilities, and frankly in my boat, if you are asking if you can fix it... then perhaps you should take it to a mechanic.

 

I say take your door apart and look at it. It is a fairly simple machine.
