88 vert AAS connector location

OK, I noticed something odd when I went to install my E6K this weekend. I intended to use the AAS connector for my switched source as I've done on numerous hardtops. The plug is there on the passenger shock tower but there is no wire where the switched source should be. Odd...

I checked on the driver's side to pull from that one but the connector isn't even there. Is that normal on the convertibles? I'll try to look again when I get home to see if maybe someone moved it or something but I'm doubting that.

If it's not something that is normally on the verts, is it relatively simple to run the appropriate wire to where it would be on a hardtop?

Thanks guys!

Reese

My 1990 vert doesn't have AAS. As far as I know, verts just came with heavy duty struts and springs. That's what mine has.

I know they didn't come with it. I was just wondering if they still had the plugs on the harness. The tubos didn't come with it either, but the plugs are still there
