88 tll for $300.00

well as you can tell by my name i have a fb, the reason i am posting onhere is becouse i recently have a chance to pick up a 88 tll for $300. im wondering if its a good deal? the engine is shot to hell but the body is straight and the interior is in really good shape, i just wanted to know if you can point me to the right direction to a good engine shop to get parts or buy just a block, well thats it thanks for reading

www.rx7store.net, they sell long blocks, all ya gotta do is send in the core and they will wave a $600 core charge. I wish i had an offer like that, ied rebuild it myself.

also MazdaTrix.com does great street-brige porting, i think they even sell engines new, last time i was there he had a 20b so check into that.

Buy it!!! If anything, get a J-Spec for $900 and cross your fingers, as you could have a running TII for less than $1500.

Just remember, buying a J-Spec is like playing the lottery, only the odds are slightly better.
