Just bought a 88 Turbo II, 130,xxx miles. Car runs stong, no problems under load. Does not smoke, bog. Turbo spools fine, no boost creap ect ect. Idles at 1500 to 2000 No matter what i seem to do or change. Ive checked every vac line, censor i can think of.. Any idea's... Thanks a ton..

 

What have you checked? How were you testing for vacuum leaks? Have you considered a sticking throttle/cruise cable? Have you checked the TPS as per the FSM?
