88 stock manifold -> tubular replacement??
does anyone have a link to a decent tubular exhaust manifold to replace the stock one?
or is this even necessary for good flow out the stock turbo? i'm not looking for crazy power just a nice quick spool. i know the stock manifold can be ported larger with some heafty grinding and a gasket for a template... lust looking to see if there is a tube alternative to the log.
thank you for your help,
TR

because i am only looking for a cheap solution for now until i get a full setup from 1revvin7 which will drive a T4/To4E 57 trim, .84 P trim divided turbine housing, custom mani, and V-band DP.
but thank you Ted, you just made me answer that question, "why?" which would be "why" would i bother dumping money into something that doesn't need to be done when i'm upgrading anyway.
thank you again,

Yeah, it sounds like you have a definite goal in mind.
No sense wasting time and money for an intermediate solution.
I tell a lot of potential customers that you need to have a goal and budget set for a project; deviating from that goal will only waste time and money.
Be patient and go for broke with the T04E "57"!
I think it's going to kick some ***!
