88 S/4 N/A Clutch Throw Out Bearing Noise

I know for a fact that my throw out bearing is noisy. There is however one anomaly that I am not sure of. The noise is there at idle with the clutch in or out and it is intermittent depending on temperature, etc. Very little and almost no noise in first four gears.
Fifth gear it is pretty loud and sounds a little different. I am wondering if this could be the bearing mentioned or something else. My searches don't get close to an answer to this question. Thanks in advance.

Well, it is definately the bearing, have had two diagnoses on that, what I was wondering is the intermittent noise in 5th gear, could it be related to the bearing. She shifts smooth and there is no problem with the sycnhronizers.
