88 running bad

I'm not sure ,but i think my rx-7 88 conver. is running on one rotor. It was running fine the last time i was driving it. It set for about a week and now it shakes and and has no power.

youve got to hold the gas to keep it going and its struggling to keep running? thats what mine was doing when my coolant seals went and I started it cold. think that meant it was on one rotor but never got a direct answer

I know it's old school, but it's still the best clue.

Pull & inspect the plugs, and do a compression test.

If the car is runnning rich, its common that your plugs will go bad. Definitely check them before taking it to a shop and making a big $$$ mistake.

Compression check, simple. ALWAYS start with a compression check.
