Question 88 n/a fuel problem

So check it, I just rebuilt my motor and I dropped it in yesterday. I hooked everything up, put some oil and coolant in it, cranked it and got nothin'. Its getting spark and its getting plenty of fuel into the fuel rail, but the injectors aren't spraying it (or spraying enough). I'm pretty sure the fuel injectors work cuz they did a little over a month ago. I checked all the ecu inputs and the fuel pump for reference voltage and everything checks out fine. Any help would be deeply appreciated. I'm out of ideas!

Change the Fuel lines at the engine. The Rubber ones.the One from the Fuel filter goes the the Primary Rail(recheck that area)..teh retrurn Comes from the Secondaries and then back to the Tank...If that is Messed up and you have it in Reverse the Fuel will be in The rail but NOT go the the Primaries..therefore NO Start. Also make sure your AFM is plugged in,the CAS is Stabbed Correctly and the timing Marks are In "sync" with each other.
