87TII:Need help identifying a part

What is the part called under the intercooler and bolted to the engine? It has two small hoses running to each side of the engine and a wire going to the firewall. The piece is only a couple inches big and I think it may be called an "idle" something or other. Anyone help?

the BAC is not under the intercooler rather to the left of it, you can see it with out removing the intercooler, a pic would be nice.

Sorry, my fault. It is the BAC....and it is to the left....I just never noticed it till I took the intercooler off.
