87 T2 - Help identifying 2 wires
Where do these guys go? Black/whitish and black/red with red dots. I think the clip broke off.
On the engine loom where the BAC wires split off.

do you have a picture of where this connects to?
i just swapped in a cosmo engine and everything got switched around-- obviously these wires didnt make the journey.

The ACV has two solenoids on it. The most fwd one is the Port Air Solenoind. Both solenoids have a pigtail harness with a plug on the other end. That *other * end gets plugged into the two wires in your picture. Those two wires are supposed to be in a two socket electrical plug.
Maybe your new engine has no ACV? You know what a ACV is?
The black/white wire should be hot if the key is ON. If it goes to gnd the EGI COMP fuse pops and nothing runs no 'mo.
The other wire goes to the ECU and also should have a dead end cap put on it so it does not screw the ECU up.
