87 t2 fuel problem

I have an 87 t2 that was running fine before my motor finally hit the dust, just had it freshly rebuilt and i dropped it in the other day, but cant get it to start. Timing is set, i have spark, i have compression, and i have lots of fuel going to my fuel rails. But i cant get my car to start. Sounds like its not getting fuel. I pulled the primary fuel rail out and cranked the car to see if they were squirting, and the one on the front side of the car is not. Everything is hooked up and it worked fine before i pulled the motor out before. Any ideas?

Swap primary injectors and see if the non squirter has moved. If it has, then the injector is kaput. If the problem is in the same spot, then somehow the injector wiring went bad.
