87 Rx-7 smokes!

hey guys my car has recently come over some odd problems first it was stolen then i had to rebuild the parts destroyed this was a 7th month job. it was usually small stuff like the oil cooler radiator ignition and such but a big hole in my pocket. now when i started her up she shoots whitish maybe bluish smoke. at first it was constant but now its just when i punch it some. what can this mean? new apex seals? new rotor housing?! lol or is this a simple sign that she wants to be turned on alot more? well any help is good thanks

Forsure turn it on more! Drive it! They need to be driven...But it could mean new oil seals= rebuild, white smoke = coolant being burnt= rebuild.

probably oil seals. not necesarily a bad engine, but one thats either been neglected of its oilchanges etc. or a older high mileage one.
