is it common or even happen at all for the factory to put out a car with the body panels a bit off? we are looking at the car and there are no visible signs of damage or a colision but the hood is a little off and the right front panel seems a little tweaked....any suggestions?

 

I can say that my hood is about 2mm higher than the drivers side fender barley noticable but i notice. I think its with age or maybe from me taking the hood off.

Also i wouldnt think it to be that strange because these car's are old now and i can see the panel's moving around alittle with time and road wear.
