I ordered a Racing Beat Aluminum flywheel from RX7store.net for my 89 turbo2 and he sent me one and it says its for a 87-88 on the package. Im just wondering if there is a difference between the flywheels and if i can use an 87-88 in my 89.

 

The flywheels are the same, the counterweights are not. YOu need the right counterweight for the right year engine or the engine will be disbalanced.

Have him swapp out the counterweight or get the right kit year.
