fuel pump turns on
power at the white connector for the coils
brand new NGK spark plugs
tach moves when I first turn the key, but doesnt bounce when starting
I honestly dont think the injectors are firing either

ground on the block is good

 

Check the CAS. No CAS signal = no spark or fuel during crank, because the ECU doesn't know the engine is spinning trying to start.

 

check the CAS how?

I have taken it out and the gear is clean, took the cover off and dont see anything broken

check for power at the plug?
