well gee....I just don't know....why in the world would you ask a question like this?? It doesnt take a rocket scientist to know that you can never know what is wrong with a car without checking the actual car out. Why not just go there and find out?? Do a compression test and make sure it didnt drop a rotor or any seals, and go from there. It could just be flooded...or it could be getting no fuel, or low compression, or a bad afm, or dead spark plugs, or bad starter, or carbon lock, or any of a bunch of other things....see the point??

Now, YOU tell us which one of these it is....

650 is about all its worth with a dead engine if the body work is ok and the interior is no worse than any other fifteen year old car.
