86 NA with 88 NA 13b, no port for overflow tank hose.

86 NA with 88 NA 13b, no port for overflow tank hose.
As the title states, I cannot find the port on my engine to hook up the overflow tank's hose. It is no located on or by the radiator cap, I've looked all over and no luck. Was there by chance a different place this port could of been?
