86 back seat

I have an 86 Base model, it does not have the storage bins in the back as do most RX7's. I also own the back seat for the second gen. If I take up the carpet in the back will there be holes where the storage bins would have been. I am trying to figure out if I can still install the back seat without a ton of hassle.
thanks,
hanman

Should bolt in. The chassis were all the same as far as mounting holes and their locations.

You have to remove the black frame for the storage bins and bolt the seat in instead. The cars without bins just have thin wood covering the holes in the fiberglass (i think that thing is fiberglass) frame that the bins go in.

Yea, I realize they are WAY small. But I could put my kids back there for short jaunts around town.
