7 would'nt start today!

Okay. I had gone to class and came home. This means I started my car twice. And then went to go to freind and would turnover but would'nt run, anyways the only way i could get it to run is giving it a little gas and she sputtered for a breif second then ran fine. went to go some where and it did it again used the same trick to get it to run. Started fine a couple times since the last time it wouldnt start. The first time it did this was about 3 or 4 weeks ago and hadn't done it till today. And the first time it ever did this i used the same trick that was described above. So my question is what could possible cause this to happen.

P.s to me it seems that it isn't getting fuel to throttle body.

Hope your right cuz i really don't want anything else to fix than i already have to.
JUst seems like i can never keep up. Also need new struts and springs for front, mazda said it would be almost $500, screw that gotta call Napa to find some aftermarket ones for less. Seems to me everything i've ever bought or needed for the fc cost to much. thanks for the reply

It sat for at least 20 minutes every time that it has happened.

what the hell would you ever buy from napa for I got kyb agx struts all 4 from ebay for a little over $300 and tanabe springs for about $200, every time you turn your car off rev to 3,000 and turn the key off it relives fuel pressure and prevents flooding I do it everytime and never have a problem starting up again
