ok, i have a turbo so its not a worry for me, but a friend has an n/a. I was wondering as to what wired open 6 ports will do for a car. I had an na and the 6 ports worked great, i loved to feel them open up. so if you have perfectly good working 6 ports what is the benefit of wiring them open??!! other than Killing your low end... thanks

 

From what I understand there is no benefit from wiring them open. You just lose low end. If they work, leave them alone.

 

You might want to check them and make sure they work! See mine were not working and i didnt even know!!...lol Well i wired them open for the hee haww of it and i noticed a huge diference,like what my porting and intake has done.
