6PI Levers

on page F1-43 in the fuel and emissions section of the FSM, it says to make sure the levers move freely before installing the actuators. well mine are stuck and looking for some advice on how to free em up. i tired removing by punching them out but no dice. im not even sure if they can be removed. ima spray some carb cleaner on em and let em soak. any ideas??

Carb cleaner is a solvent. That's not going to lubricate anything.

PB Blaster, WD-40, or any other oil-based penetrant.
