6 Pi

Please, advise step in checking / replacing required parts to make 6 Port Induction back in operational.

Vacuum/boost gauge was hooked up, tee-in just before 6PI actuator, no reading at any engine speed!

What control ACV, Air Control Valve ?

Thank you
Dow

Don't understand exactly what you're asking, but when I put on my hi-flow cat & the 6 port actuators stopped working, I ran the pressure line from the actuators manifold to the "exhaust" of the air control valve (the line that goes to the silencer-used a 90 degree elbow through a hole made in the line) ...ports work better than they did before, come on @ about 3500 rpm

The S5 6PI system runs on air pump pressure, not exhaust backpressure, so ignore the above advice. Make sure the air pump is hooked up and working properly.

The FSM covers how to test the system. Download the NA EFI chapter from www.iluvmyrx7.com and follow the instructions.
