5th and 6th port problem!!!
Ok, today i checked my 5th and 6th port operation...the one farthest away from the firewall works with ease but the one clsoest to the firewall is sticking so i took the actuator off and tried freeing up with wd40 but with no luck so what i did was i took the plate off that holds the rod and pulled the rod out about 4 inches and worked with it. It freed up and i pushed it back into the intake put everything back together and now i have a really rough idle...what did i do???
is that rod splined to the sleeve inside. did i pull to far on the rod and the rod came out of the sleeve and then when i put it back in got it misadjusted or something??? please can someone help.. Thanks

You're an hour from me. :P
That U shaped clip that fell out is for holding the rod in place.
Go back to your car. Pull the rod all the way out, and turn it and put it back in untill you feel it 'grab' the sleave pin.
If the sleave moved around too much, You might have to dissasemble your whole intake to make sure it is lined up properly :O
