550cc/1600cc Combo enough for 400rwhp?

Seriously? I read a few posts about the stock primary/1600cc secondary injector combo with a microtech being enough for 400rwhp on a large streetport, is this true?

GO wet, and you can control that. You could do a 50 shot no problem if your motor is healthy. It's the timing you have to start to pull once you go over 75.

Is it that difficult to tune turbo+nitrous together to work in unison, I know its not as easy as slap on n go but how difficult is it.
