I really doubt it will fit. Stock offset is +40mm so those will be 15mm more IN. Higher positive offset goes farther inside the wheel well where lower goes farther out.

Are you sure that is the correct offset? Ive seen an FC with those prelude wheels on it, and they didnt look that sunken in. I suppose they couldve been using spacers though...

yep, thats the correct one. maybe the ones your thinking of are off a 92-96 prelude because theyve had an identical pattern but only 4 lug.

okay, thanks dDub!

It won't fit up front unless you run like a 195 wide tire.

okay guys, thanks for the responses. now i have another question so ill ask here instead of starting a new thread.

i need a replacement tire for my wheel. the wheel size is 16x7.5 and i believe a +35 offset and im wondering whats a good size tire to throw on it. the size previously was 205/40/16

now im wondering if i can shoot for 225/40/16. these wheels will be on my rear. thanks guys

A 225/50-16 on a 16x7 or 16x7.5 would be the correct size to maintain the proper speed reading on the speedo.

I'm running 225/50ZR16 right now on 16x7's with a +38mm offset, that size should be fine. You could probably go a little bit wider if you wanted, but that size should be good for a +35mm offset.
