Realistically speaking (or guessing since I really don't know):
Transmission (stock i've heard is good for 400)
Rear-end (ask soul assasain, he's got one up that high)
wait a sec...I have an idea. Find a post in the sec gen forum and follow the link to his webpage that lists all his mods. That should be a good starter.

Ported Motor
Big Turbo...KKK is good, convert twins to one monster turbine
Big Intercooler
Fuel Pump, injectors, fuel computer.(pretty much beef the whole fuel system up)
Haltech or power FC is a good idea
Downpipe, straight pipe, highflow catback.
MSD 6a wouldnt hurt ignition
its alot of work and more then alot of money to do...but if you have the funds, DDDOOOOOOOO IT!

you won't get 450-500 at the wheels with a 13b... they will break! 3rd gen engine is a bit stronger. it might get that kind of power but the car will not be fast! because it won't make any power till like 5000rpm when the huge *** turbo finaly spools. also an engine making that much power will not last long. even if done right. if you really want that power you need a 3 rotor.

i drove a 97 supra TT with a T78 and many other mods that was puttin down 593 rwhp and 566 rwtq for the last 5 months daily....my car seems slow as **** now....oh yeah i was only able to drive it cause my friend got his license revoked and he lent it to me...but now he changed his mind bout it....which sucks....thats why im lookin for 500 horsepower

Personally I don't think you would have to put down 500rwhp to be as fast as that supra. Gotta think its a different car, don't need as much HP. Aim for the 350-400 mark & I bet its pretty close to as fast.
