My shifter goes into any gear with ease without pressing on the clutch. Is it the bushings in the shifter or is it something else. I cant start the car up just yet but everything is connected. I just dont have an ECU. Can someone please help!

 

thats normal for any standard car when the engine isn't running. Get it running and drive it

 

Yea thats normal, unless the cars running which was stated it wasn't. If the shifter is sloppy as hell though, change the plastic bushings in the bottom of the shifter.
