I want to do the conversion as well, better brakes, and cheaper rims.
you need hubs, rotors, calipers, and such. Check out the address below. I might do the 4 piston to 4 lug conversion.

while your at it, get stainless steel brake lines and when you get the hubs... i suggest getting all the studs on all 4. total of 20 studs to replace and about $40. its like $1 something or $2.

For the back end,the Hubs are pressed on,so it is a hell of alot easier to find someone that has a Set of rear spindle/hub assemblies.They usually will sell with Brakes,so it is just a Remove and replace kind of deal.Fronts are easy if you have the Spindles too,and get the 4 piston calipers on them.
Honestly,If you want the "easy way" Trust me and just put up a Wanting to Buy Ad on the Sec Gen Parts For Sale section,asking for a Complete five lug Swap Setup(they go for anywhere from 100 to 300Max...and 300 is way too much!)
