Front brakes get 4 piston calipers on the 5 lug.Plus wheels are easier to find in this lug pattern.

What he said, with the added benefit of the load being distributed across a greater number of studs. Also, with the 5-lug swap you can get a limited slip rear. That's why most people do it.

The only stock wheels available in 4 luh are the ugly but loveable phone dials. Meanwhile theres 10 different stock 5 lug styles to choose from. The brakes also, im kinda weary about that lsd statement though.
