Does the RX7 turbo front calipers (5 lug) fit on the (4 lug) N/A is there any modification needed? And Can I use the current rotors (4 lug)?

No, you need to swap to the 5 lug hubs and rotors.

techinically yes, but the swept area on the rotor of a 5 lug is alot more, so when i put gxl calipers on my gx about .5" of pad was sticking out. plus you need at least 15" rims and the right offset or the caliper will get in the way of the wheel fitting properly

so just get a whole front gxl spindle set up instead of mix n matching

I'd call that not fitting.
