4 lug to 5 lug swap Q

It's really not how to do it, but I'm somewhat stuck on something.

I've already collected all the rotors, pads, calipers, brake booster, master brake cylinder, and proportioning valve.

BUT I did not get the hardlines. Do I need just the front and rear? Are they all really needed?

And also, would buying an ABS setup have any odd effect on anything? Would any of stuff be effected or would I need to block off anything?

You need the lines between the caliper and the wheel well for the front. Nothing for rear.
