Nope, base models came with 4-lugs. All I swapped was the hub assembly, can't remember about the spindles. If you're getting the parts from a parts car, you might also look into getting the swaybars and possible LSD. Its easier to swap the whole rear subframe BTW.

Hey i just did the swap you need everything, brake booster is the most commonly overlooked piece it is larger on 5 lug models to accomodate the brakes make sure you get that, you need the spindals and hubs, the points on the spindals have diffent spacing for caliper mounts due to the larger caliper and rotor, best bet is to find a parts car PM me if you have questions my swap went very well, I love the brakes cant belive the differnce

thanks a lot for the replies - I was looking for someone who's done it. Yeah, I'm getting them from a parts car, hopefully this weekend. This is my first FC, got it for free so it's all uphill from here. Totallimortal: I'll PM you but I'll realy appreciate it if you email me with a run through, tools, some tips, maybe a recipe or two.....
Yeah, would have been happy with the 4 lugs except 6 mos of sitting right next to the Atlantic ocean killed everything on the driver's side. That's why it was free

No, no, no. Only Base and Luxury package cars had four lugs, Sport package cars are graced with 5 lugs and 4 pots.
