I have done only one,and will never do it again, the customer didn't have enough money to run a stand alone ecu,so we had to make adaptors for everything to run the stock t2 stuff.needless to say we lost our *** on that job.

Its funny that you say it that way and i look at your avatar
and picture billy mays voice repeating what you said hahaha
but in the real though, its gonna be a bit pricey so unless you have the cash and time i would say go with the turbo generation that fits your car.

honestly unless you have a 13b-REW sitting in your garage its not worth it..your much better off swapping in a 13b-RE cosmo motor, its a much better engine, its the strongest rotary engine out there and it has HUGE intake runners so porting the motor can produce huge horsepower numbers..plus you can get one for about $1500 from an importer, also the stock TII tranny will bolt right up to it then all you have to do is buy the engine mounts from Banzai racing and run a standalone and your set..13B-RE+big turbo+lots of fuel=easy 600+ WHP

Personally, given the amount of work involved, I would choose a higher-performance 13B-RE or 20B-REW, or save myself a LOT of trouble and just go with a well-built 13B or 13BT. However, here is your info:

to install a 13 rew in ur car you will need to fab some mounts( brackets) then you will need a standalone to make things easier with running the car. personally i don't think it's that hard. also i think the REW is a stronger engine than the RE. with the exception to the ports being bigger and intake manifold. the REW has bigger dowel pin areas on all REW, not all RE has that. that's just one. if you have the money to have someone do the job for you then go for it. i did mine.

why don't you just run a 91 13Bt, with a REW intake manifold and TB?

i don't know yet, it made 567hp on 21 psi on e85. gonna go for 30 psi + and see what it does. oh 400-450hp there's no need to do that swap unless you have the money and just want to do that. that can be achieve with the right combination.
