Is there any reason you'd want a stock stereo from another car? Unless of course.... you obtained it for free.... somehow.

If you need to ask, then you have no business installing a stereo from another car. You need a pinout on the stereo and the wiring diagram from the FC. You'll probably have to make your own harness to go between the two. Don't come crying bac to the forum if you burn somthing up.

ok your best bet is to first see if it fits
no point in wiring if it dont fit then go to goodguys and buy a mazda wiring harness it will say "mazda 86-94" or something like that you will also need the wiring clip that goes into the back of the 350z's radio. Now where to get one of these i dont know maybe a nissan dealership?LOOK FOR THIS ITEM FIRST
if you do find one pm me and ill tell you the rest but to me the effort wouldnt be worth it just save up some money for awhile and go buy a nice little alpine or pioneer deck if you need one now cause you dont have a stereo go down to kragen and buy a cheap one for like 25 bucks its better than nothing hope this was some help

The point I'm making here is, Why go through all the trouble of this install? Finding pinouts and all that. It's much more feasible to save a few bucks up and get a nice aftermarket stereo. Then again I'm not big into car audio It just seems like too much work to me.

Its a ftiment issue more than a wiring issue. Once you know what wire goes to what it easy as cake.....just trying to fit a stock radio into another stock port is diffucult.....do what the other guy said and save your money.

wiring isnt hard but as you know aftermarket radios come with a wiring clip to bare end wires so you can splice them with a wiring harness but a stock car radio would not have that unless you cut the wires to pull it out and fitment shouldnt be too hard we have a 2 and 1/4 din space and i believe the 350z has a single din i was told (maybe i am wrong) but yea save money and get a decent stereo with a waranty and instructions cause it makes life easier
