i just recently finished doing a 5-lug/turbo brakes swap on my 86 base with a new set of max coilovers and needless to say now i don't have any 5 lug wheels to get her back down on the ground lol. well a friend of mine has some stock 300zx tt wheels with 3/4 tread pos tires for $100, they're 16x7.5 +45 fronts with 225/50-16s and 16x8.5 +35 with 245/45-16s. i know the deal is good i'm just wondering how they would look and how much of a spacer i would need to run in the front. i'm guessing about 10-15mm? the rears should fit pretty decent though right?

 

i say just save up like $50 more and buy some vert meshies or t2 rims..

 

lets see $50 more for 15x6.5s or 16x7s both with nasty +40 offset and would probily cost more without tires than these do with a almost new set. hmmmm seem like that would be a worse deal than what i started with.

 

then buy them already.

 

Well if your friend has them why doesn't he just bring them over and if they fit you buy them.
