hi, i just want to know if i can make 300 whp with my stock turbo and stock engine(i refer to street port and exhaust port). have any of you guys here had done it?
if so could you tell me what mods you did to get there?

I don't think so.......maybe with some Nitrous? what are you trying to do? what mods do you have so far?

 

right now im completely stock bro, only upgrade is a turbosmart bov, thats why im asking if someone had done it, im still gonna try it and see what happens. thanks

 

No. I think the most we've seen is lil under 250. Plus going for 300, you'll need a SAFC/Stand alone.

 

300 HP at the wheels requires about 375 at the "crank" due to losses in the power train.

I can't think of a non-piston stock solution to meet your criteria.

i know ill need a safc/standalone, thats no prob my bro has one i think is an ltx-8.
i know that if i put some mods and a to4b front side on my turbo ill be pusshing more than 300whp but i dont want to go there yet, im curious to see how much can i produce with stock turbo and engine(porting etc). theres a guy here where i live that have a racing beat exhaust and a microtech and hes pusshing 254whp. dont ask me how he did it but i i saw the dyno charts on his TII. his running stock turbo and engine, no porting etc.
