3 T and 1 L???

Well we recharged the battery and we did the ATF thing to day, bam it turns over simple as that. ahhhh the strange this was that his spark plugs were 3T and 1L and im guessing that my friend was driving like that for awhile, Could that have #%$ things up? also he told me that the mechanic put it in that way because it was the only way the car would start. Is that normal?

i should think that it would still work with 1L and 3T bc i am able to start my car with the trailing only-meaning only top plug wires were connected-(dont ask me why i just did.lol) i dont see how such configuration would all of a sudden make a non functioning engine function. and if thats the case something else is wrong.

I've never heard of it being a problem. The main difference in the trailing and leadings is the heat range. Not a big deal on a street car.

Compression test, then put an inductive timing light on the leads to see if they're sparking while cranking.
