3-beeps, pause, repeat

From the FAQ:
3-beeps, pause, repeat - in case abnormality of stepping motor signal:
The buzzer sounds when there are broken wires or short circuits in coils or harnesses.

I searched and I found threads related to the power steering.

I was actually low on power steering fluid so I filled it up.
The beeps came back and I lost my power steering.
The belt is fine.

How do I fix it? OR should I jsut remove the power steering?

you probably have bubbles in the system. You will need to bleed out the pump and rack.
