2nd Gen s4 fuel lines
Small write up of fuel lines / hoses specs on stock parts for future builds.
Main fuel rail (under intake manifold) BANJO BOLTS 2x - 12mm I.D.
HOSES - 5/16in I.D.
Return fuel rail (on intake manifold)
BANJO BOLT 1x - 14mm I.D.
HOSE - 3/8in I.D.
Main fuel line (on fire wall next to oil filter)
5/16in O.D.

No ur talking about the rubber hose Wich is irrelevant if u r doing a build with the hard lines like I am. That hard line is 5/16in O.D. because the rubber hose is 5/16in I.D.
