2nd Gen 13BT JDM Clips

I was wondering if there is a good market for the 2nd Gen JDM front clips, I am bringing some in from japan on my current order, and was wondering if there is a good market for them,

Is the rx7 community receptive to the JDM swaps?

Let me know,

... there isnt much to swap IMHO. With other companies there are engines they didnt send here. A s5 from over there is just as good as the ones we have here.

Now a cosmo front clip you could sell pretty quick

i'm interested. Infact i'm looking for one with in the next month or so. i found a company that will get me one. If you can get my a front clip that is cuz from behind the center console then thats cool. i want everything to do a rhd conversion. Also i want all the body pannels attached. how much do you think you can do that for? remeber sr20 and 3sgte clips only cost around $2000 bucks

my clips will include all the body panels, the hood, the guage cluster, (so the kilometers are verified!!) the dash, steering wheel, EVERYTHING under the hood, it will be complete, i havent brought in 13bt clips before, but all the other engines i bring in are TOP QUALITY, so i expect no less on the 13bt's.

I will have some SR20's and 3SGTE's comming on too!

price. i need price. the reson i mentioned the sr and 3s is because they are cheap to get. i don't have much money and i wont spend anymore then what SRs go for. 13bs are just as easy to find if not easier then SRs and way easier then 3S

There is a rather large market for them. Great as drop in replacements. If you can get cosmo front clips even better

the only real selling point of a JDM FC front clip (I would think) would be for REAL JDM nuts, who want to convert to RHD

Eternal u got any pics of the front clips. The conversion shouldn't be to hard. Maybe just some drilling.

It would probably be cheaper to buy a J-Spec Engine.

Remember, you're ordering a front clip; you get a hood, transmission, and engine towards your TII conversion... you still need a driveshaft, and a TII Rear End; and if you source that, you can probably get the hood and transmission (which should be cheaper, as you don't have to pay to import more weight).

The biggest "gain" of ordering a front clip, in my opinion, is still the RHD aspect.

Correct. Usually RX-7's w/ heavy rear-end damage.

The Clips for the 2nd gen's are RARELY obtained due to the car being in a accident,

In japan a car MUST be removed fromt he road after certain miles, or if it fails one of its yearly, quite strickt, inspections,

most of the time the 13bt clips i recieve have really low kilometers, and have not been in a accident!
