2k Hesitation after 10mins of Driving

I have a 1987 S4 13B-T RX-7 running a Rtek 2.1 ECU. 4.5 Psi

I decided to drive my FC to work after lunch and she started up and drove fine, including a strong 2nd gear pull onto the Highway, after about 10 mins of driving after I exited to surface streets she had trouble to reving up to and passed 2k but idles fine. When I did get it to rev passed 3k it seemed to slightly clear up a little. I have noticed a slight 4k hesitation in the passed but nothing like this. I am just hoping to get her home from work at this point.

Try to recreate it before it hits operating temperature see what happens.

could be fuel pressure, the fuel pump wiring on the FC is notoriously bad.

I think it maybe been due to the TPS wiring being in a bad position. I rotated the connector 360 Degrees so the wires were straight going into the actual TPS, and had no issues on the way home.

Funny part is I have a Fuel Pressure gauge, but it is wired up yet.
