2 stroke quantity.
i was told that u should have 1 ounce of 2 stroke oil for every 1 gallon of gas. anyone hear different. i searched 2 stroke oil and found nothing. also was told that running 87 grade gas was the best way to go. "rotary like to run dirty" is wat i was told. can someone help me out plz.
rad thnx so much. ok now i know the omp is the thing that feeds oil to the engine. i also know mine has been removed that is the reason im asking. oo so if you dont have omp and your running 2 stroke. is it still recommended to run non synthetic oil? THNX! oo ya. u left out tuned NA? run better gas there or still run 87?

Stop listening to what people tell you.
This is referred to as "premix". Some people do it because they have disabled the stock metering oil system believing it to be inferior. This is hotly debated and has been for many, many years. If your metering oil system is still in place, this is unnecessary. There is a long writeup in the Archives covering premix.
I just performed the same search. On the first page, there were at least 10 topics that fully covered the question.
From the factory, all the RX-7s are designed for 87. Modded turbos should run a higher octane, sometimes modded NAs should run a higher octane as well.
Stop listening to that person.
