1st step help

I'd like to start modifing my car but the fuel mangement is quite a headache to me because I am very scared of doing something wrong and destroy my engine. I need some good advise in order to deside it and go for it.My 1st step(after a lot of reading)is:
N1cat-back,Bonez high flow cat,HKS downpipe,APEXi intake,M2Med rad,oil cooler,HKS Twin Power, silicon hoses for the turbo,10mm Magnecor. Are these good choises? And if they are what should it be next?
Do I need full fuel computer(Power FC) to replace the stock or simple A/F ratio regulator(Super AFR) will be enough?Do I have to use a boost controller(EVC4)in order to avoid bad surprises? Is bigger fuel pump or maybe larger injectors needed?
I can trust noone here in Greece(amatuers) and I really need your help

1st thing to get is guages so you can monitor what further mods are doing.

I've heard 240rwhp is about all you want to push on the stock setup (where you fooling the OEM ECU into allowing more boost & fuel). After that either go carbed or an aftermarket ECU, larger fuel injectors, etc..

Check the haltech writeups around as well.

can't you only get about 260hp from stock turbo before either changing compressor wheel or getting a new turbo

I forgot to mention that I already have an Exhaust Temp Gauge and Boost gauge(sorry Vaugnh). Will I need more gauges?
It will be 260hp with the exhaust intake mod plus a fuel cut defencer and for more power I should add a CPU(Haltech E6k) with the pump and injectors and another turbo? Will it be reliable with 260hp and the Defencer? Because of the high flow, would't be safe to put a boost controller or it is ok?
