1993 3L 130 Amp Alternator upgrade (S4rx7)

1993 Ford Taurus 3L 130 Amp Alternator.

Mazdatrix FD Alternator Pulley. Fits perfectly on the Taurus Alternator.

Impact gun off. Impact gun on. Easy as that.

Okay now here the part where you have to get somewhat creative with it. You have to create a bracket that will hold the engine alternator mount to the mount on the alternator.
THESE ARE MY INITIAL DESIGNS
Paint Sketch fail:

CAD Design which would work if you have the money to make somebody machine it:

Photoshop fix lol:

The final product(welded 1/8"):

NOW FOR THE WIRING!
Alright so Ive been through a couple wiring diagrams but in the end Ive edited one that works properly

Follow that and you'll be fine. You can use the stock wire for the B-post but you are going to have to install a slightly larger ring terminal on it.
As for the harness I bought one off of ebay for like 15$ and it looks like this:

The part on the wiring diagram where it says to use the spot in the fuse box for the fuse you can pull the connector out of the bottom of the fuse cluster which should look like this and you put a female connector attach it to the end of the wire going into it and insert it into the empty spot in the plastic connector which you can see here

After everything is wired up you should be able to reconnect the battery and should be good to go.
