1991 RX-7 Turbo REgistry

I've always been curious to see how many 1991 RX7 Turbos there are left. 1989, 1990 and N/A to Turbo swaps don't count. I rarely see a 91 Turbo for sale anymore and according to the 2008 document there were only 92 registered in US in '08. So, if you have a 91 Turbo, please post your VIN and a photo. I'm think we might find that this is one of the rarest RX7s there are.

I'll start:
1991 RX-7 Turbo Blaze red. 91,000 miles on chassis and 300 miles on engine.
(photo and vin to come)

Message to the OP, please go to the following before you make your next post. Might be valuable to save to your favorites for future reference:

And for everyone else, here you go where this sort of thing has been organized for years:

Aw, c'mon Hozz I've been a member here for 10 years and the FC3S registry hasn't been updated in nine years.

It is a cool topic. I have one. I would venture a guess there are less than 50 of these that are currently registered for use on public roads left in the US....

Not sure about "years". Under the 1987 section, I used to own the 9th one down (JM1FC3322H0136982). Sold it to Blake about 1 1/2 years ago, and it's been updated to show Blake as the owner. That was the TII that was parked in the "show" section as you entered the last SevenStock that was held at Mazda Regional on Red Hill.

Regardless, apologies for jumping on your case.

No apologies necessary! I did see another registry on a wiki that I forgot to bookmark that claimed there were only 92 1991s registered in the US as of 2008.

On the plus side, it'll be easy to peel it off for the new spray.

There was a 91 T2 with 47k miles on it for sale at an Erie, PA Toyota dealership over the weekend. The sales guy told me someone showed up and bought it within 30 minutes of it being posted on Autotrader.com. The asking was just under $11k. The ad didn't even have pictures.

Wow. That certainly is a bit over what I just sent you a PM about. Goes to show what I know!

That's a crazy price. Maybe RX-7s will be collectible one day after all.

The Kelly Blue Book pegged it at $7800 for a dealer sale; $6k for a private sale.

I am trying to get the dealership to tell me what it went for. Will post the price if I find out.

I'll play along, very curious as to how many Brave Blue Turbo (original) are still around the US and World as well.

My 1991 Mazda RX-7 Brave Blue TII (Original Color )
(Vin Coming Soon)

According to the FC3SPro page, I'm the second one in the world with a 91 Brave Blue Turbo. I'm sure others haven't posted theirs yet.

I love the Brave Blue. I wish that would have been a more popular color.

I noticed how none of us that have posted pictures thus far have our original TII front lip.

I'm loving the Brave Blue.

I own a 91 TII. She is my daily driver at the moment and what a fantastic ride. Mine currently has 63,XXX miles, all original and still performs great.

i can understand a registry for the 10th AE but all the rest feel like spam to me.

there's nothing special about the '91 model turbo.
