1991 n/a..No idle (cold or warm), Code 3 (CAS G sensor)

I finally got it started after a long time of sitting.... After warm it would sputter at about 200-300 rpm for about 1 sec

Set TPS .. set it with the two led's after warm.

I then took the codes and after emmisions removal, the only one of any importance was the CAS - G sensor. What could be the cause of this?? I have reset my timing so i know that is good. It threw this code before, when the timing was misfiring.

Also adjusted the fast idle cam to spec. I also have removed my sleeves if that has anything to do with it.

big vacuum leak maybe??

Update: I set the tps correct this time and the bac valve is working. The idle now sputters around 400 rpm for 2 sec before stalling out. Checked fuel pump volts at connector on drivers side rear strut tower and it showed up 2.8 volts with key in "on" position. I didn't know which pin to check on the connector so i checked them all and only 2 of them showed up with 2.8v. I even jumpered the connector in engine bay and started car, still stalled.
(did notice that the lines did not hold pressure after a day of sitting, what would cause this??)

I am still getting the code for CAS G sensor. I never got this code before i took the engine out for clutch job. dirty connections maybe?? I NEED HELP!!! Would this put me into LIMP mode??

If i am not mistaken, a vacuum leak would make my idle high right?? If ANYBODY knows anything, i am depending on this car to be road worthy by weekend. Video will be uploaded tomorrow, as well as new thread if no responses come up.

Edit: when checking the fuel pump volts with key to "on", the main relay beside trailing coils was clicking like crazy (not the golden EGI relay but the black one), and after i stopped checking volts, it still clicked alot then settled down to occasionally before finally stopping.
