1990 RX-7 GXL Broken Ground

Hey, I have a broken ground that's located around the drivers side of the engine bay, and I'm not entirely sure where it goes. I was wondering if any of you could identify it so I can get it replaced. Thanks.

That's a condensor, part of the oil pressure gauge circuit.
It is not strictly necessary (it's mostly to smooth out the signal and your gauge is probably working fine) but you'd want to track down the broken wire and make sure it can't ground out.

You 90 RX7 GXL has two condensers (i.e., capacitors). One is bolted to the rear ignitor where it bolts to the inner fender well and the other is bolted to clutch slave cylinder. Condensers tend to smooth out transient events in DC circuits. You can buy a new one from Mazda for about ten bucks.

Okay, thanks a lot. Thought it was a much bigger problem, but will still get it replaced.
